Transient Immunity Test Systems

Transient immunity test systems evaluate a product's resistance to fast electrical transients that occur in real-world environments: electrostatic discharge (ESD), lightning-induced surges, switching transients (EFT/burst), and mains voltage disturbances. TESTUPS supplies complete transient immunity test systems per IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD up to ±30 kV contact, ±30 kV air discharge), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT/Burst up to ±4.4 kV with 5/50 ns pulse shape at 2.5 kHz–1 MHz repetition rate), IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge up to ±4.4 kV line-to-ground, 1.2/50 μs – 8/20 μs combination wave), and IEC 61000-4-11 (Voltage dips, short interruptions, and variations). Our packages include ESD simulators with interchangeable discharge tips, combination wave surge generators, EFT/burst generators, voltage dip/interruption simulators, CDNs and capacitive coupling clamps, and combined multi-function generators that consolidate ESD, surge, EFT, dips, and ringwave testing into a single instrument.
