CONDUCTED EMISSIONS TEST EQUIPMENT

Conducted Emissions test is one of the EMC tests. Conducted emissions tests are performed for the various industries: consumer electronics, household appliances, radio devices and systems, IT equipments, machinery, medical, automotive, railway, defense and so on. The purpose is to measure unwanted RF signals at the power or I/O ports of the tested product. These signals shall be under the limits specified on the EMC standard applied. For instance, if the product is an multimedia or IT device conducted emissions testing of this product is mostly performed according to CISPR 32 or EN 55032 standard. Each product or industry is applying its own emissions test standards. 

Conducted emissions test systems are practical solutions for conducted emissions testing since they include a set of instruments and software:

1. EMI Receiver / EMC Analyzer (with peak, quasi-peak and average detectors)

2. LISN (Line Impedance Stabilization Network) 

3. Pre-amplifier (if necessary)

4. Pre-selector (if necessary)

5. RF Cable (between EMI Receiver and LISN)

6. Transient Limiter 

7. Test Software (to run the EMI Reciever, plot the measurement results and report)

You can have all items listed above as conducted emissions test system. 

What we offer?

We are offering both pre-compliance and fully compliant conducted emissions test systems. For product developers we offer pre-compliance test systems which are more economical when compared to fully compliant ones. For test laboratories who pay attention to fully compliance of the device we offer CISPR 16-1-1, CISPR 25 compliant conducted emissions test systems. Maximum EUT (Equipment Under Test) current defines the system’s maximum current. Depending on your EUT features we are offering configuration that fits your EMC requirements. Integrated LISN Vs External LISN

Some of the test systems we offer include the LISN on the EMI Receiver, thus we call this type of system as EMI Receiver with integrated LISN. Integrated LISNs have limited current up to 16 Amps. If you want to test EUTs over 16 Amps, external LISNs are recommended since the external LISN can go up to 1500 Amps!

Optional Items

If you need accredited calibration certificate of the EMI receiver, LISN we can add this service. In this case the system is calibrated at an external ISO 17025 accredited laboratory. If you need any additional items like shielded enclosure/room, power line EMI filter for the enclosure/room, non-metallic/wooden test table, RF cable, 50 ohm terminator, isolation transformer, on-site installation and training services please let us know. We can add all of these optional items with additional fees.
